			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Real-life cookies are indeed delicious, but although cookies in your internet browser are frequently useful and, often, necessary, they need to be cleared regularly. Especially after you&#8217;ve made an online purchase or transaction and even more so, if it was on a shared computer.</p>
<p>The reason for clearing browser cookies on occasion, is to prevent malicious websites and spyware from using them to compromise your online privacy and internet security.</p>
<p>Please note that cookies in themselves are not spyware &#8211; but they are vulnerable to threats by spyware and unscrupulous companies.</p>
<p>In Mozilla Firefox, you can either remove all or selected cookies as is shown in the screencast below.<br />
